Yes, we can set up on most flat surfaces, including concrete, as long as there is enough space.
I live far away, will you deliver to my location?
We deliver beyond the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure if your location is within our range, please call us to confirm.
Typically, there is no separate delivery fee unless the location is outside our normal range. Deliveries beyond a 5-mile radius of our storage facility may incur a nominal travel fee.
How long can I have the bouncer for?
You can typically keep the bouncer overnight, and we will pick it up the next morning (*NOTE: same day pickup is required if the jumper is set-up to the open public street)
A non-refundable deposit is required to book your order.
No, unfortunately we do not deliver to parks.
Can the bounce house be plugged into a normal outlet?
Yes, the bounce house can be plugged into a standard household outlet.
Do house setups require a generator?
A generator is not needed for home setups as long as there is a power source nearby. If the unit is too far from a power source, a generator may be required. If you are concerned about the distance, please call or add a generator to your order.
